Track the Moving Cell
In triangle series questions, a shaded cell often moves one position at a time around the grid.
Tip: Name each small triangle, then follow the cell from frame to frame.
Look for Growth
Some series add one new shaded triangle at each step.
Tip: Do not stop at the moving part; count whether the number of marked cells changes.
Rotate by Third-Turns
A triangular grid often rotates by 120 degrees each step.
Tip: Check the three corners first, then confirm the centre or edge cells.
Watch Corner-to-Centre Moves
Patterns can migrate from a corner into the centre and then out to another corner.
Tip: The centre cell is part of the sequence, not just decoration.
